Prayer Shawls

Well, I love to crochet. When I was off from work, it was one of the few things that Icould do. Prayer shawls are very near and dear to me. They are quick and sentimental and make a great homemade gifts. You can check out a pattern here. This one is from Lion Brand Yarn, but you can use any yarn you want. I ususally use Red Heart. I have made about 20 of these to give as gifts. They are really wonderful. Don't forget to pray while crocheting and weave the prayers into the shawl in each stitch.


Of course, as with any project that I do, I usually have a helper.



I have lost more crochet hooks this way.
